Recruiter

Location: Downtown Seattle, WA – In Office

Pay: $23.00/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We have an exciting Recruiter position along with many opportunities for you to grow your career!

Our role is based in Downtown Seattle with parking provided.

As a Recruiter , you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

Day to Day:

• Recruiting – phone screens, interviewing, job offers.
• Maintaining personnel files.
• Assists with new hire training and orientation.
• Participates in job fairs.
• Various HR/Administrative duties.
• District Manager Support.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
