We are seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to deliver a world-class candidate experience and support a high-volume, high-impact recruiting team. This is a hybrid opportunity based in San Francisco . The role offers exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring , collaboration with dynamic teams, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment . Responsibilities Own end-to-end scheduling for high-volume and evergreen roles Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders via email, Slack, and video Support candidate travel and reimbursements (domestic & international) Greet and support both virtual and in-person candidates Collaborate with executive operations for senior/executive-level hiring Troubleshoot and streamline recruiting processes using tools and data Qualifications 2–3 years of recruiting coordination experience in a big tech or high-growth startup environment Proven ability to handle high-volume scheduling (100–200 interviews/month) Strong customer service mindset and a can-do team-first attitude Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern recruiting tools Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling priorities Familiarity with recruiting coordination for engineering/technical roles Process improvement experience using automation tools Benefits Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k) retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
