Flexible Work Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Please note: This is a float position supporting DaVita clinics in the Milwaukee area.
• Work 3 to 4 shifts per week with alternating Saturdays off and Sundays off.
• Operational hours are Monday through Saturday, 4:00 AM to 9:30 PM (closed Sundays).
• Shifts typically last 10 to 12 hours, with occasional overtime.

What You’ll Do in Your Role

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in our outpatient dialysis centers.
• Work with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.
• Support patients through their dialysis treatments with empathy and care.
• Be flexible with your schedule and potentially float to different clinics or work various shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse license in your state of practice.
• Compassionate, patient-first mindset and the ability to treat others the way you’d want to be treated.
• Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and teammates.
• An Associate’s Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) required; BSN or 3-year diploma also accepted.
