Job Summary

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) focusing on special projects related to employee health. This is a PRN position that offers flexibility, with work centered around critical seasonal programs such as the Influenza Vaccine Distribution and N-95 Respirator Fit Testing. You will play an essential role in welcoming new employees to the Prisma Health system, aiding in their integration through health screenings and assessments.

Your responsibilities may involve:

• Assisting in the seasonal distribution of flu vaccines and performing respirator fit testing.
• Supporting the onboarding process by conducting nursing assessments and facilitating urine drug screen collections after proper training.
• Traveling to various Prisma Health locations as required, maintaining adaptability with non-standard hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

• Assisting with major projects, including supply setup and documentation for flu vaccinations and respirator fit testing events (85%).
• Participating in onboarding assessments for new hires during significant organizational changes (15%).

Education and Experience

To qualify, you should have:

• An AS degree in Nursing.
• No prior nursing experience is required, but pediatric, occupational health, or immunization clinic experience is preferred.

Certifications

You must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
