Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring for a Relief Delivery Service Driver (internally known as a Service Support Representative) to join our Cincinnati depot location. The Support Service Representative is responsible for covering special deliveries and installations, as well as service delivery routes as assigned due to driver absence. This role is fast paced and physically demanding. At Miller’s Textile Services, we believe that by investing in people it provides them with the tools for success. What will you do at work?

  • Ensure company truck/vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations and/or customers such as uniforms, mats and linens as ordered; drive truck/vehicle to locations and/or customers
  • Collect soiled product from locations and/or customers and deliver clean product
  • Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Complete daily paperwork as required
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Your route customers depend on you, so excellent attendance is a must!

What are the minimum qualifications?

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • Must be insurable under our company motor vehicle plan
  • Experience in delivery and service skills preferred
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day
  • Must be able to push/pull heavy carts of product throughout the day
