Responsibilities:
The Remodeler carries out structural alterations to an existing building, both in a residential and light commercial setting. Some of the jobs we do are:

• Drywall repairs and texture to match
• Finish carpentry doors, windows, trim, baseboards, molding
• Exterior repairs fascia, siding, soffits, fencing, porches, patios, decks
• Screens screen repairs, screen porch build outs, screen porch conversions
• Bathroom and kitchen remodels
• Flooring wood, vinyl, laminate, and tile
• General handyman, construction and punch lists

Requirements:

• Current Driver's License and Insurance
• Submit to a background check and provide references
• Own tools and a work vehicle
• Smart phone and access to the internet
• Experience of 7+ years in remodeling or home repair trades (3-6 trade skills)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Estimating experience preferred but we will train the right person
