Retirement Plan Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Retirement Plan Analyst  to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bi-weekly payroll and wage files to ensure accurate contributions and loan payments to the 401(k) plan



• Serve as a liaison between departments including legal, payroll, and HR to support plan administration



• Track and process 401(k) election changes, loan payments, and new hire onboarding in coordination with payroll and HR

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, including at least 1 year handling 401(k), stock, or treasury responsibilities



• Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and data manipulation



• High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion when working with sensitive data
