RN, Assistant Director of Nursing, Home Care Agency, Indiana 97K
Exceptional opportunity for a ADON to join a well-established located in Indiana. Our home care agency is stellar and well established and as we continue to grow we seek an experienced ADON that collaborates with the leadership and medical staff team to deliver exceptional care. The ADON reports to a Director of Nursing and works along side managing day to day operations within the agency. Ideal candidate is a leader with the ability to pivot and communicate with staff and families. ADON works out of corporate office, has supervision over RN Case Managers and indirect oversight of field employees. ADON coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient care services provided by the clinical staff. Knowledge of quality care delivery of a home health agency, survey and clinical documentation experience is needed. Great management team with opportunities for growth. Requires a Registered Nurse, bachelors in nursing degree preferred. Management of 2 + years within Home Health / Care Agency or Long Term care setting needed. Medicaid and Oasis experience a plus. Ideal candidate has understanding of home health agency or long term care setting operations with management experience. Has a can do attitude and is a strong communicator.
Compensation up to 97K base and will negotiate for the right candidate. Relocation assistance / sign on with a year-end discretionary bonus. Excellent medical benefits, PTO and a good life/work/balance.
