We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with expertise in development, Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization to meet business needs. What you'll be doing: •Administer and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and Lightning Flows. •Implement and manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and groups. •Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. •Design and build insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). •Conduct data migrations and data quality efforts to ensure data integrity within Salesforce. •Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users. •Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce functionality to ensure user adoption and satisfaction. •Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements. Additional Responsibilities •Occasionally engage in development tasks such as creating and maintaining Apex code, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support custom solutions and enhance Salesforce functionality. •Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to Salesforce solutions based on the latest trends and technologies. What You'll Bring: •Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, App Builder, and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certifications are highly desirable.
