Pay $30-$45/hr including tips. We help with the transfer of your cosmetology license to SC, if needed.
WE ARE HIRING NOW! We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to join our fun team of stylists. Sharkeys Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. Were on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!

Job Description: Must be a licensed cosmetologist in South Carolina. Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate patiently with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Must be able to hire and manage a team of 3-6 stylists, including training and coaching.

- Operate Point-of-Sale software system (Salon Ultimate), Xboxes/games, and streaming TV services
- Organize employees shifts and PTO requests to ensure full staffing coverage
- Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years leadership experience. Able to work weekends. SC Cosmetology License (we will assist with transferring, if needed).
