Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP modules and a strong background in quality assurance processes, test case development, and test automation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business specification documents to develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test scopes, and define test cases.
Automate test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
Utilize domain knowledge in SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules to conduct thorough testing.
Perform various types of testing including unit testing,functional testing, interface testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing.
Maintain extensive knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) methodologies and processes.
Apply ASAP methodologies and gather business process procedures (BPP) documentation to prepare detailed test plans.
Conduct end-user training on various SAP R/3 modules.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing with a focus on SAP functional testing.
Extensive experience in analyzing business specification documents, developing test plans, test strategies, test scopes, and defining test cases.
Proficiency in automating test scripts.
Strong domain knowledge in SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules.
Hands-on experience in unit testing, functional testing, interface testing, user
acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing.
Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC),methodologies, and test processes, as well as the software testing life cycleS (TLC).
Excellent understanding of ASAP methodologies and gathering business process procedures (BPP) documentation.
Experience in conducting end-user training on various SAP R/3 modules.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote evironment.
