Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Worker to join our team full-time, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The majority of the caseload will focus on middle and high school students, with some responsibilities at the nearby elementary school.
This is an onsite position that requires a dedicated professional ready to start immediately. The school director is flexible and available to conduct interviews this week and next.
Provide individual and group counseling to students across K-12, with a focus on middle and high school
Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
Provide crisis intervention and connect students and families to appropriate resources
Support the elementary school as needed
Valid PA School Social Worker certification or licensure
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across multiple grade levels
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively onsite in a fast-paced school environment
Commitment to student advocacy and collaboration
Immediate start preferred
Onsite work only no remote or hybrid options
