We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Magento (Magento 2 preferred) , enterprise back-end development, and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional development experience , strong architectural skills, and a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

This role includes full-stack development efforts, integrating advanced AI capabilities into our workflows, and helping drive technical innovation across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Lead full-stack development with emphasis on scalable back-end architecture.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce systems.
• Build custom Magento 2 modules, extensions, and high-performance features.
• Contribute to front-end development using JavaScript, React, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.

AI Engineering & Automation

• Integrate AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) into internal and customer-facing systems.
• Develop AI-powered tools to improve automation, product data management, customer service workflows, and content generation.
• Implement vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency using AI-based solutions.

Enterprise Systems & Integrations

• Architect and maintain ERP, CRM, and third-party system integrations.
• Build and manage APIs, middleware, automation tools, and backend services.
• Enhance operational workflows by improving data synchronization and reliability.

Infrastructure, Security & Performance

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and stability.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices for coding and architecture.
• Participate in project planning, technical strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Magento/Magento 2 experience .
• Strong back-end development experience with PHP, Node.js, Python, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, server architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).

AI Skills

• Practical experience working with AI APIs and frameworks.
• Experience building AI-driven tools, automations, or assistants.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG systems.
• Experience fine-tuning or customizing models is a plus.

Enterprise & System Experience

• Proven experience integrating ERPs, CRMs, and business automation systems.
• Strong database architecture and performance optimization skills.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience .
• Experience leading development projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
