Youll lead high-level repairs, mentor less experienced techs, and have the autonomy to make decisions in the field, all while knowing your work directly impacts the comfort and safety of hundreds of local families.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle advanced service calls for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
Lead and coordinate on-site work with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues with efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor junior technicians, sharing skills and techniques to raise team performance.
Maintain clear communication with tenants, property owners, and the operations team.
Ensure safety compliance, code adherence, and quality control in all work performed.
Keep accurate documentation, including labor, materials, and before/after records.
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of professional maintenance, construction, or skilled trade experience.
Advanced working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor other technicians.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, insured personal vehicle and professional-grade tools.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable with mobile work order apps and digital documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
EPA 608 Certification (Universal or Type II)
Journeyman/Master trade license (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
Experience in residential property maintenance or facilities management
OSHA safety training
