Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain reliable data flows between ServiceNow and third-party systems (Jira, SAP, cloud, and custom apps).
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Ensure integrations meet security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing integrations.
• Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Support ITSM/ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.

Skills:

• JavaScript skills, including Glide APIs and server-side scripting.
• IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, and JDBC.
• Data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, YAML.
• OAuth 2.0, SAML, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS.
• Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
• CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's.
