Sewing Machine Operator – Cookeville, TN
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Sewing Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Cookeville area. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
Read and follow patterns, work orders, or instructions for each product
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make minor adjustments as needed
Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a sewing machine operator preferred
Ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm
$14.25/HR
