We have an opening for a full-time Smart Club Logistics Coordinator. This essential role aligns the daily activities of field technicians in the Maintenance Department to maximize capacity and drive customer satisfaction via the Smart Club membership program.

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently schedule, route, and distribute tasks to field technicians to optimize workload. 
  • Deliver professional and timely customer service to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Smart Club manager to track department metrics.
  • Support customer retention to include auditing processes and membership obligations.
  • Update customer records and service call information. 
  • Submit weekly timecards for field technicians.
  • Support Fleet Management for the department to include scheduling services and repairs, assisting with insurance claims, and general administrative maintenance as it relates to fleet vehicles.
  • Provide backup to Customer Service and to the Smart Club Manager as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Scheduled M-F 8:30 – 5:00 with some variation as needed.

  • High personal integrity and desire to serve others.
  • 3+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of logistics and/or dispatching experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and virtual.
  • Keen sense of urgency, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience with advance CRM preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Able to build effective relationships and collaborate with all departments.
