Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist We are a Miami Lakes-based agency seeking a highly creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Lead for a hybrid role. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to rapidly advance, take on leadership and mentorship responsibilities, and help shape the future of our agency’s digital presence. The Role: Hybrid Position: Work part-time from our Miami Lakes office and part-time remotely. Leadership Track: Step into a role designed for quick advancement. You’ll have the chance to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and take on increasing responsibility as our agency grows. Creative Ownership: Drive content strategy and execution for agency-owned brands, our social channels, and client accounts. You’ll also play a key role in pitching new business and selling your creative ideas to clients. Influencer Focus: Build and activate influencer partnerships, manage campaigns, and stay ahead of social trends to deliver impactful results. Content Creation: Be hands-on with cameras and video—concept, shoot, and edit dynamic content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Autonomy & Problem-Solving: We want someone who thrives independently, has a proven track record of solving complex challenges, and doesn’t need constant oversight. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in an agency environment. Strong creative and visual skills—comfortable behind and in front of the camera. Ability to pitch and present ideas to clients with confidence and clarity. Demonstrated ability to work independently, figure things out, and articulate how you’ve solved tough problems in the past. Eagerness to mentor others and grow into a leadership role.
