Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing various social media platforms ad campaigns (specifically Meta Advertising using Ads Manager **not boosted posts**), as well as email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. You will also be responsible for implementing and tracking performance with Meta Pixel, using Meta Business Manager, and creating social media strategies to increase lead generation efforts. salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain Meta ads campaigns
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase conversions and brand awareness.
- Implement and manage Meta business manager and track performance with Meta Pixel.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance, and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure brand consistency.
- Handle multiple clients simultaneously within an agency environment.
- Create, develop, and launch various email marketing campaigns (including post launch maintenance and A/B testing)
