$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

I am currently working with an established AI startup, who are looking for a very skillful Software Engineer.

The engineers that work there come from very good backgrounds, so they have a high bar.

The position is in San Francisco and they have a fast interview process.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturers to identify operational needs and design AI solutions that meet them.
• Deploy and optimize AI solutions on-site to ensure reliability and performance in real-world conditions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and iterate on solutions to improve product outcomes for clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Endeavor AI and client teams to ensure effective implementation and support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering, with hands-on deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python and deployment tools relevant to industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to meet unique client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Haves

• Experience in AI or machine learning applications within industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premises solutions.
• Background in manufacturing or operational engineering.
