Job Description

Role Sr. A/B testing Engineer Location - Los Angeles. Working from Office Required Skill & Experience

Senior role with more than 12+ years experience and should be able to guide client on setting up this function.
Have lead end-to-end A/B testing experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, test design, execution, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely , Adobe Target etc. website content, layout, and user flows.
String expertise in developing and maintaining Adobe Target/ Optimizely activities, audiences, and offers.
Experience in building responsive and accessible web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Ability to partner with marketing and UX teams to create hypotheses, define KPIs, and execute testing strategies.
Experience in building automated reporting dashboards for test results, reducing manual efforts.
Have designed and implemented reusable Experience Fragments to streamline personalization across multiple web pages and campaigns
