04th November, 2024 The Wilner group has partnered with a Company that specializes in Cloud, Network infrastructure, Security and Collaboration in search of a Sr. Financial Planning Analyst to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for managing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to support business decision- making. This is a full-time, on-site position at their Sparta, NJ location the compensation for this position is $115k-$135k based on experience. Requirements: Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts across departments. Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and align them with corporate financial objectives. Develop financial models for scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and profitability assessments. Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, identifying root causes for deviations. Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational efficiency. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or similar roles. Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and corporate finance. Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting financial reports for senior management. Experience with ERP systems like Sage, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Familiarity with BI tools: Power BI especially. The Wilner Group is a professional staffing and talent management firm.
