We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to take the lead in driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence across our production operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned Lean Six Sigma expert who thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward operational excellence.
What You'll Do: Project Management \n - Lead strategic manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
\n - Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables.
\n - Collaborate cross-functionally to align project goals with business objectives.
\n - Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.
\n

Lean Six Sigma & Process Optimization \n - Apply your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
\n - Lead Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and root cause analyses to drive measurable results.
\n - Conduct process audits and implement data-driven improvements.
\n - Mentor and coach team members in Lean Six Sigma principles.
\n

Material Flow Optimization \n - Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across manufacturing operations to reduce waste and improve throughput.
\n - Design and implement efficient systems for material movement across the supply chain.
\n - Collaborate with logistics and production teams to minimize bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.
\n - Track KPIs to ensure continuous progress toward operational excellence

Quality & Cost Management \n - Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards.
\n - Use statistical methods to monitor and improve product quality.
\n - Lead CAPA initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations
\n - Develop and manage budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities through smarter manufacturing.

Leadership & Collaboration \n - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and production teams.
\n - Set clear performance goals, support professional development, and build a culture of innovation conduct evaluations.
\n - Evaluate and integrate new suppliers, technologies, and manufacturing systems.

Continuous Improvement Culture \n - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
\n - Encourage innovation from all levels of the organization.

What You'll Bring: \n - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
\n - 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. .
\n - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
\n - Proven expertise in manufacturing process design, technology integration, and process improvement.
\n - Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
\n - Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing software.
\n - Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
\n - A hands-on approach and passion for mentoring others in continuous improvement.
