Job Responsibilities
We are looking to fill a position for an automated testing (Performance/API/GUI) role working with developers, tech support reps and sales reps for a position in Mission, KS. The Senior Software Test Engineer will be responsible for providing support in Performance/API/GUI automated testing efforts using HP Load Runner, HP UFT and HP ALM. Design, develop, execute and maintain automated Performance test scripts using Load Runner. Plan, create, execute and maintain automated GUI/API scripts and regression suites using UFT. Estimating testing schedules and reporting on defects and testing progress.

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in Performance and Load testing using HP Load Runner is required - Understanding of correlation and parameterization to achieve a user emulation is required - Understanding of system/server monitors and how to integrate with performance results - Understanding of vUgen, API, Web Service and C usage in a script is required - Ability to prepare and present test plans and strategies - Knowledge of client server applications and multi-tier applications is required - Create and enhance vUgen scripts to emulate real world users - Designs and creates Load & Performance scenarios and executes them - Create and enhance UFT GUI/API scripts - Document test procedures, analysis and results - Ability to execute manual and automated test plans and effectively communicate issues to the team - Reporting and managing issues and reporting test status on a regular basis - Practical working knowledge of software testing methodology - Thorough understanding of technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, C)
