Job Description

Immediate need for a Staff Accountant to join a leading Healthcare Management company headquartered near Truist Park in Atlanta.  We will consider Entry Level candidates with an Accounting Degree for this position.  Work among a team of talented CPA's and MBA's in a supportive training environment with a path of progress for those ready to grow their career.

Job Duties:

• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist with monthly close process including journal entries, accrual analysis, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Monitors and manages the company’s records and reports in compliance with established accounting
  policies and procedures (GAAP)
• Strong focus on continuous process improvements and efficiencies of business processes
• Handles many details of a confidential nature, and performs administrative functions based on
• Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and work with banks as necessary regarding efficient and accurate
  account management
• Prepare various management presentations, financial analyses, and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 
• Experience:  0 - 1 years - Internship preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
