•Recruiting construction and skilled trades workers
•Managing construction and skilled trades placements
•Application and onboarding process
•Redeployment of construction and skilled trades workers.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Experience using Bullhorn software a plus
-Preferably 2 years of customer-focused experience in a dynamic environment. Retail or Service Industry experience is perfect!
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting workflows and workloads.
-Self-motivated and reliable performer with a strong sense of accountability and independence.
-Proficient communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats tailored to diverse audiences.
