Position Title: Store Manager

Wage: $21.00 per hour 

Hours: 11:00am-8:00pm (5 days a week)

Store Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Treat Shop, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability, freshness, and proper storage.
- Drive sales goals, promotions, and ensure excellent store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, including cleanliness and product quality standards.

Store Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, handle cash, and track sales.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
