Your Role as a Licensed Clinician

As a Licensed Clinician at New Season Treatment Centers, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team of Substance Abuse Counselors. Collaborate with our medical and treatment teams to provide top-notch care for individuals facing Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

What Your Day Looks Like

Curious about your daily impact? Here’s a glimpse of your essential functions:

• Conduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork with patients.
• Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
• Create individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments.
• Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Engage in at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly.
• Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
• Obtain urine drug screens and initial patient identification.
• Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of our program and company.

Essential Qualifications

Education/Licensure/Certification: Please refer to state-specific requirements for this position.

Experience: While experience in the substance abuse field is preferred, it is not required.
