As a Substance Abuse Counselor , you will play a crucial role in the lives of your patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Documenting patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
• Creating individualized treatment plans within required time frames.
• Identifying and addressing clinical/case management needs.
• Providing individual, group, and family counseling as needed.
• Engaging in at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly.
• Educating patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
• Administering Urine Drug Screens and verifying patient identification.
• Upholding the integrity of our program and protecting proprietary data.
