A contract position is available for a professional with expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Substitute Teacher in an educational setting. This role offers the opportunity to support students in Norco, CA, providing essential services that promote learning and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Deliver one-on-one and group instruction as a substitute teacher to maintain classroom continuity.
• Collect and record data on student progress to inform ongoing intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to support students individualized education goals.
• Adapt to varying educational environments and student needs with flexibility and professionalism.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active credentials.
• Experience working as a substitute teacher or in a similar educational instructional role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families.
• Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans and adapt to changing classroom settings.
