Internal customers are the digital merchandising teams that interact with the vendors that sell products. External customers are the shoppers on our clients website
Impact to the Internal/External Customer:This will ultimately allow more products to make it to the website, which will open up the purchasing options for end users of lowes.com
Business Challenge: Our client is trying to increase their customer service to their vendors in order to help drive promotions and customer experience. Ultimately, this will increase in product variety to drive revenue
This is a great opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years experience to get their foot in. This team is one of the first steps of the digital experience for vendors (internally), so people on this team will get extensive exposure to how the digital process works internally
Non-Technical Skills: * Deliver top-tier customer service to Suppliers
* Level 1 triage/troubleshooting for Supplier issues with item onboarding, item maintenance, product content, and online product experience
* Manage centralized Supplier Support mailbox and/or Supplier Support portal requests
* Partner with core Merchants, Online Merchandising and Enterprise Item Content teams to escalate Supplier issues for resolution
* One email mailbox to field supplier emails (where is my content online)
* Basic troubleshooting then routing to whatever team is needed
* Microsoft office
