Job Summary
Were looking for a hardworking Repair Technician to join our team! Youll report to our office each morning and receive daily work orders for our local customers that need general maintenance or repairs on their Swimming Pool equipment. All of our Repair Technicians are trained through our company no matter their previous experience to ensure our business expectations will be met. Once training is completed, you will be on your own in one of our provided vans. The ideal person for this job is a motivated, reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior repair and/or maintenance experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as pumps, motors, filters, heaters, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring for swimming pool equipment to make sure theyre operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs to be turned in at the end of each day
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Must be fluent in English
• Prefer some maintenance and/or repair experience
• Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Must have Drivers License, Insurance, and proper employment documentation
• Knowledge of swimming pool equipment including pumps, motors, filters, heaters, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
