Engineering modernization and integration practices to include Digital Engineering and Agile at Scale for all of NGA, NSG, and ASG.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to provide leadership and oversight in ensuring the integrity and operational effectiveness of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. This role guides the planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of cloud services, systems, and subsystems, applying defined processes and tools to deliver end-to-end system development lifecycle support across the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Integration Leadership: Lead and support systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely, accurate, and mission-ready GEOINT delivery.
• Systems-of-Systems Oversight: Provide a holistic systems perspective, ensuring a thorough understanding of technical relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Engineering & Implementation Support: Oversee the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages, ensuring solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and operational requirements.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and coordinate the work of Mid- and Junior-Level Systems Integrator contractors, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and adherence to best practices throughout integration activities.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or 12 years of experience as a Systems Integrator in lieu of degree.
• 12 years of system integration working experience in government integrating large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Desired:

• Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
