Position Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX

Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time; eligible for up to 5 hours of overtime per week

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruiting and onboarding process for PrimeSource Building Products. This position ensures a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with all company policies and employment laws. The coordinator will assist with recruiting logistics, onboarding, background checks, and data entry to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the full-cycle recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor background checks and drug screenings to ensure timely completion and compliance with company standards.
  • Collect and verify I-9 documentation and complete E-Verify processing for all new hires.
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee and contractor information in ADP RM and ADP WFN systems.
  • Manage onboarding documentation, ensuring all required forms are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with tracking and onboarding of temporary contractors, including adding them to the timeclock system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all applicant and employee information in accordance with company policy.
  • Support hiring managers and recruiters by preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met.
  • Ensure adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and company hiring policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; experience with ADP RM and ADP WFN is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • This position is based onsite in Irving, Texas.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday; some overtime (up to 5 hours per week) may be required during peak hiring periods.
