Responsibilities:

• Create and manage compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top-tier talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment process for all stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate documentation.
• Prepare offer letters and collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless pre-employment processes and onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data to support competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local hiring laws while promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment practices and employee retention.

• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.
• Excellent ability to assess candidates for technical skills and cultural alignment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and diversity promotion.
• Experience in analyzing market data to inform competitive hiring and compensation strategies.
