We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Farmington, NM area. In this role you will support all phases of construction projects and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of team members./ppWhy TAK?/pulliFull Time/liliPaid Weekly/liliCompensation: $60 - $80K annually, DOE/liliCompany provided vehicle, laptop, phone/liliFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental Vision)/liliPaid Time Off/lili401(k) with Company Match!/lili25K Company Paid Life Insurance/liliIndependent Work Team Collaboration/liliCareer Development Advancement Opportunities!/li/ulpThe Role/pulliHire, train and develop talent for all roles/liliSupport all phases of construction projects/liliTravel throughout market to various projects as needed/liliDevelop skillsets and knowledge of construction teams both aerial and underground/liliManage payroll and overtime guidelines; manage productivity levels/liliComplete employee performance management functions; disciplinary actions, performance reviews and ongoing development/liliWill be the teams expert and go to resource; spending time in the field to understand, improve and build out the team/liliReview, update and maintain team data/liliManage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of team members; headcount requirements/liliWork with leaders to delegate tasks when relevant/liliKeep safety as #1 priority for each team member: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws/liliDrive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects/liliProvide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers/liliProvide direction to multiple crews and their job site activities/liliBuild and maintain positive relationships with utilities, clients, permitting agencies and government officials as needed/liliHandle customer and contractor problems related to projects/liliWork in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, elevated, tight spaces etc./liliMaintain open communications with other departments/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements/pulli3+ years of relevant aerial and/or underground telecommunications construction experience required/liliPrior project leadership experience preferred/liliPrior construction industry experience required; coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc./liliAbility to be flexible and manage changing priorities/liliAble to travel throughout market to various projects as needed/liliOpen to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed/liliExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills/liliAbility to communicate effectively in-person or virtually/liliAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers/liliAbility to give feedback; positive and negative when needed/liliStrong desire to grow and develop team members/liliAbility to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing as needed/liliAbility to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools/liliA body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely.
