Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Precision Cut Industries (PCI) is a growing, high-tech metal fabrication contract manufacturer providing metal fabrication and machining services. We are seeking a focused and intricate member for our team to fabricate quality parts, while fulfilling our customers’ needs and meeting their product specifications in a timely manner. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily. Reading and understanding blueprints and welding symbols. Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing. Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met. Notify supervision of faulty equipment and/or defective materials. Determine and perform routine maintenance on equipment used. De-bur and grind metal as necessary for proper surface texture. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities for success: Thorough knowledge and experience with both Mig and Tig Welding. Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols. Strong attention to detail.
