What You'll Do
As our next TIG Welder, you will:
🔧 Interpret blueprints, plans, and detailed sketches to produce high-quality TIG-welded assemblies.
🛠️ Set up fixtures, jigs, and work aids to ensure efficient, accurate welding operations.
🕵️ Perform in-process inspections to verify weld quality and part accuracy throughout production.
🤝 Collaborate with Quality Assurance on inspection results and criteria to maintain top-tier standards.
💡 Provide feedback on cycle times and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and precision.
📘 Follow all customer and industry quality requirements (including AS9100 standards).
⚙️ Keep welding equipment in excellent condition through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, 6S-compliant workspace every day.
🤜🤛 Contribute to team goals by stepping in and supporting related tasks as needed.
