Job Description
Tim Short AutoPlaza in Lexington, KY is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to join our fast-paced dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing all vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and lien documentation
Submit title applications to the Kentucky DMV and follow up as needed
Ensure all deals are properly documented and filed in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and respond to title inquiries from customers or staff
Handle payoff and lien release requests
Support the accounting team with inventory and audit tasks
Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to resolve any title discrepancies
Desired Skills:
Prior experience as a Title Clerk or in a dealership business office preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Kentucky DMV processes and regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
