Overview:

A single-family office is seeking a highly motivated Public Equities Analyst to join its investment team. This role focuses on fundamental, long-only equity research within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a concentrated, high-conviction global equities portfolio.

A strict requirement is prior experience using AI tools in the investment research process to support the development of a concentrated, high-conviction global equities portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth, bottoms-up fundamental research on global TMT companies.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models; perform valuation and competitive analysis.
• Identify and present differentiated investment ideas with clear risk/reward frameworks.
• Track industry trends, market dynamics, and company-specific developments relevant to the TMT space.
• Engage with company management teams, sell-side analysts, and industry experts.

Strict Requirement:

• Demonstrated prior use of AI tools and techniques in the investment research process is required.
• (e.g., for data analysis, information gathering, alternative data processing, or research automation.)

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in public or private equities and/or investment banking.
• Strong modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with global technology and media business models.
• Proactive, independent thinker with high intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
