Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position working day shifts and utilizing Epic EMR.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Home health setting serving patients across all age groups
• Five 8-hour day shifts starting at 8 am with no weekends or on-call requirements
• Potential to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Uses Epic for electronic medical records
• Role includes contributing professional clinical skills as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Initial orientation consists of 16 hours
• Travelers may be required to work two out of three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Requests for time off are limited to one day during specified peak holiday periods
• No call or weekend shifts required

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current BLS certification required
• Active state license required if applicable; willing to accept candidates who can apply for an Iowa license
• At least 1.5 years of physical therapy experience required
• Previous home health experience is preferred
