Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. & RequirementsSpecialty: Skilled NursingDiscipline: RNStart Date: 06/09/2025Duration: 6 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelAs a registered nurse - nurse manager skilled nursing (RN), you will supervise staff and oversee patient care at a skilled nursing facility. You'll encourage best practices, conduct training and evaluations, and focus on creating a positive patient and staff experience. Your duties will require strengths in leadership, communication, technology, organization and collaboration. You'll play an essential role in ensuring staff has the tools and resources they need to deliver safe, high-quality care within the skilled nursing facility. Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty Active RN license
