HumanEdge Travel Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room for a travel nursing job in Syracuse, New York.
Travel RN – Pediatric Emergency Department
Location: Syracuse, NY Start Date: 10/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Schedule: Every other weekend and some holidaysRequirements:
Current New York State RN license
BLS certification (AHA) – able to be recertified
Minimum 2 years recent Pediatric ED experience (adult ED experience a plus)
Formal triage training and strong triage skills
Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred
EPIC experience preferred
Must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform the majority of patient care skills independently
Provide skilled nursing assessment in an acute care Pediatric ED
Function with minimal orientation and supervision
