Adapt for Life is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Traveling BCBA to join our growing team. This unique role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about behavior analysis and excited by the opportunity to travel and work in diverse environments. As a Traveling BCBA, you will be deployed to AFL Autism’s assigned locations across the U.S., staying on-site for up to 6 months at a time.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base: Salary: $100,000 annually
  • Housing: Stipend: Receive a monthly stipend from AFL to use for short term housing options

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • At least 3 years' experience practicing as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay on-site for extended periods (up to 6 months)
  • Must obtain and maintain licensure in all states where AFL Autism operates (support provided)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Flexibility, independence, and a passion for helping others
