Truck Driver (CDL - Straight Truck)

Location: Springdale, AR | Work Type: In-Person | Pay: $19.00 – $23.00/hour | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving a Class A or B CDL straight truck to customer sites within a 100-mile radius
• Making 2–4 deliveries per day, with consistent home-daily routes
• Conducting pre-trip, ad-hoc, and post-trip inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
• Loading and unloading slabs with support — slab handling and safety training provided
• Securing loads properly using straps and safe slab-handling protocols
• Climbing in and out of trucks using three points of contact
• Collecting payments from customers when required (cash or check)
• Operating a forklift to move and arrange slabs in the warehouse
• Performing physical tasks including strapping loads and handling materials (up to 50 lbs with support)
• Keeping the forklift, truck, and yard in safe and working condition
• Following all company and DOT safety policies

What You Bring:

• Valid Class A or B CDL – No Air Brake Restriction
• 2+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Forklift experience – Must be able to pass certification
• A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
• Solid communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT medical exam
