Primary Responsibilities:

Scale trucks in and out (Keep scale free and moving)

Manage traffic windows

Answer phones

Access and handle situations as training dictates

Direct and manage incoming phone calls

Print bills for loaded trucks

Direct incoming deliveries to proper locations

Check paperwork to ensure complete and correct

Stamp and sign if paperwork is correct

Distribute load sheet to pre-loaders

Maintain communication with shipping Managers

Fax and/or scan BOL to customers

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Associate Degree or 2 years experience required

Basic office skills required
