About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Executive Talent Acquisition to lead the strategic and operational efforts in securing top-tier executive talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with department heads, C-suite executives, and senior leadership to understand their unique talent needs and design tailored search strategies. This role involves overseeing a team of specialized Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience, and fostering an environment that prioritizes excellence, growth, and innovation in recruiting practices. The VP will also be instrumental in shaping the future of the leadership team, directly impacting the company's success and trajectory. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' recruiting experience, with a significant focus on executive-level roles, and at least 6 years of people leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both in-house executive search and within an Executive Search Agency. They must be metrics-driven, a problem solver, and a cultural steward, with a deep resonance for the company's values. The role requires a leader who is a career developer, with a strong ability to manage candidate pipelines and is adept at working with dashboards to meet hiring targets. The VP will be expected to stay informed of industry and geographic talent trends, using this knowledge to shape hiring strategies and ensure the team is equipped to support the organization's growth.
