About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its Preconstruction Services work, with a focus on turnkey design-build projects, particularly in the water infrastructure sector for industrial, Federal, and municipal clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing preconstruction services related to design-build projects, including strategy for design-build contracting, design, and coordination of all activities from design to construction. This role also involves business development, client relationship management, and a strong emphasis on risk management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 15 years of experience in managing complex water and wastewater projects, and a proven track record in project delivery and client satisfaction. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the management of water and wastewater projects for public or industrial facilities. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality assurance, and risk management. Responsibilities include refining risk management strategies, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to the growth of the water client portfolio. The candidate must have a proven ability in business development, client management, and be adept at preparing proposals and leading the execution of project plans. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
