About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Structured Credit & Political Risk to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating insurance placement solutions for clients, managing their accounts, and advising on placement and structuring strategies. This role involves resolving customer issues, identifying and developing specific solutions, and maintaining client relationships. The VP will also be involved in business development, including fostering new relationships and exploring opportunities with existing clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, plus five years of experience in developing advisory solutions and strategies within the global insurance marketplace. The role requires expertise in all stages of the insurance broking process, including risk analytics, marketing, policy placement, and business strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing business-critical relationships, leading complex insurance brokerage services, and evaluating emerging risks and trends. Responsibilities also include fostering the development of junior colleagues and minimizing legal and regulatory risks. The position demands a proactive, client-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
