- Job Title - Associate Creator
- Location - Grand Rapids, Michigan office. Must be located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
- Employment Type - Full time.
Responsibilities
- Pre-production planning of video and photo projects for marketing clients.
- Execute production of video and photo projects for marketing clients.
- Working with about 6 clients on a monthly basis.
- Creating about 6 videos for each client on a monthly basis.
- Total workload comes out to about 36 Shorts (1-minute videos) per month.
- Post-production editing of video and photo projects for clients.
- Communicate with clients via ClickUp.
- Collaborate with the internal team to consistently improve our offering.
- Cross-department collaboration with internal team on clients projects such as shooting photo/video for a client that gets used on their website and in digital ads.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary - $50,000/year.
- Payment Schedule - Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit.
- Bonus - Eligible for additional 10% of salary as a annual bonus after one year of employment.

Workplace
- Hybrid work model - Team members are welcome to work from home or in the Launch Kit office.
- Creators are to be available for production days Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- The team typically works in the Launch Kit office or the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- The team typically works remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.
- By default, the Launch Kit team only takes meetings on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and reserves Tuesdays and Thursdays for uninterrupted work.
- Launch Kit is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
